With the consent of the parties the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 (Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushi Nagar) to decide the Appeal No. 201805440100377 filed on 03.08.2016 under Section 35(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Pushpa Devi Vs. Kedar Nath Singh) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
