Inspite of direction issued by Zila Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Gorakhpur dated 18.9.2018 (Annexure-4 to the writ petition). The respondent no. 4, District Finance and Account Officer, Basic Education, Gorakhpur, has not taken any steps for disbursing of the payment to the petitioner.
With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel representing respondents no. 3 and 4 and learned standing counsel represents the respondents no. 1 and 2, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to take appropriate steps and pass reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks' from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
