1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card.
2. They have solemnized marriage out of their own sweet will at Jyotish Avam Karmkand Anusandhan Kendra, Pilibhit, on 23.12.2018 and the family members are harassing them. The petitioners are also directed to apply On-line application for registration of their marriage.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Barkheda, District Pilibhit, who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019 after the application is moved before the Marriage Registration Officer.
