1. Heard Sri P.K. Srivastava, learned Counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
2. Only grievance of petitioner is that her husband, Sri Bhola Nath Gupta was appointed as Supply Inspector in 1973 and continued upto 1989, was terminated on 27.09.1989, but amount of gratuity, provident fund etc. has not been paid till date.
3. This matter is pending for the last almost 15 years but no counter affidavit has been filed. In my view, let authorities concerned should consider and look into the grievance of petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned order and if any amount found payable to petitioner, the same must be paid without any further delay.
4. In the circumstances, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make an appropriate representation before concerned authorities and if such representation is made alongwith a certified copy of this order, the same shall be decided within two months from the date of filing of representation and any amount found payable to petitioner, shall also be paid within one month thereafter.
