Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.
The sole relief pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner is to decide P.A. Case No.12 of 2006 (Sri Ram Nagina Singh (deceased) and others vs. Smt. Rajni Dubey (deceased) and others), pending before Prescribed Authority/Civil Judge (Junior Division), Firozabad, expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made, the writ petition is disposed off directing the Prescribed Authority/Civil Judge (Junior Division), Firozabad to decide P.A. Case No.12 of 2006 pending before it, expeditiously, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and it is for the concerned authorities to decide the same in accordance with law.
