Though the list of fresh cases have been revised but none appears for the petitioner.
Prayer in this petition is to direct the respondents to pay balance of GPF amount alongwith 18% interest and to decide the petitioner's representation in that regard.
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions according to which a sum of Rs. 7,86,680/- as 90% of the GPF amount has already been paid to petitioner and a direction has also been issued for payment of balance 10% of the GPF amount.
In that view of the matter this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to ensure that the balance 10% amount alongwith interest as per the scheme/ Act shall be paid to petitioner within a period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order. It will be open for the respondents to adjust the amount of interest already paid.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
