Pandey had sent illness slip, hence the writ petition was directed to be listed peremptorily in the next cause list and today again learned counsel for the petitioner has sent illness slip It appears that neither petitioner nor, learned counsel for the petitioner is interested in pursuing the matter any further.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
