JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner received provisional order for removal of unauthorised construction. The petitioner submits that he has submitted Ext.P4 objection as against provisional order and no final orders has been passed yet. In view of the limited prayer, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P4 objection before final order being passed on Ext.P3.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
