Learned counsel for the appellant prays that she may be permitted to delete the 4th respondent from the array of parties. Permission is granted. Registry shall delete the 4th respondent from the cause title of the writ petition.
2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the 6th respondent and the learned Government Pleader.
3. Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to give adequate and effective protection to the life of the petitioner and her workers and to prevent the illegal activities of respondents 4 to 6 and their associates. Petitioner's case is that she, who is in possession of 1 acre and 77 cents of property in Sy.No.305/4 of Kallikadu village, had planted rubber trees which were sold to one Gopalan. It is stated that although the trees were uprooted, obstruction was created by respondents 4 to 6 when the trees were about to be loaded in the lorries.
4. Though notices were issued by this Court to respondents 4 to 6, there is no representation for the 5th respondent and the 4th respondent having been deleted from the array of parties.
5. Learned counsel for the 6th respondent submits that the 6th respondent, who has nine registered workers, has no intention to create any obstruction and is ready to carry out the work of loading and unloading.
6. In view of the aforesaid, we direct the 3rd respondent to ensure that no obstruction is created in carrying out the loading and unloading work by the registered workers and headload workers.
With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
