Though served none appears for the respondent.
This Court on 9/2/2011 passed following order.
"It appears that despite the opponent being served, nobody has appeared on behalf of the opponent. It appears that some reply is sent by him by post making serious allegations, which prima facie seems to be baseless. Even despite the earlier order passed by this Court dated 25/11/2010 and the subsequent order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 06/12/2010, which reads as under, the opponent has chosen to remain absent.
The order dated 06/012/2010 reads as under;
"Registry to intimate the opponent-husband about the next date of hearing of the matter to be 20/12/2010.
On receipt of the same, the opponent-husband will appear before the Court.
Direct service is permitted. It will be open to the applicant to serve the opponent-husband by R.P.A.D.
If on the next date of hearing, the opponent does not appear, the matter will be heard and decided ex-parte.
The matter is adjourned to 20/12/2010."
However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, as a last chance, stand over to 23/02/2011."
However, as a last chance, matter to come up on 7/3/2011.
Learned counsel for the applicant will serve the notice that the matter is fixed on 7/3/2011 by Registered Post A. D. along this present order. The matter will be taken up peremptorily on 7/3/2011.
