All that the petitioners pray is for easy instalments to pay the Award amount and to defer the execution sale in the meanwhile. I permit the petitioners to pay the amount due in 8 equal monthly instalments starting from 1.8.2014. 2. The proposed sale in E.P.No.78/2008 shall be put on hold if the petitioners comply with the conditions in time. The sale shall surge ahead if the petitioners commit default in the payment of any one of the instalments as directed.

3. It is made clear that the amount on such deposit can be withdrawn by the respondent unconditionally.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
