JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge of Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.1284/2017 dated 07.06.2017.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, by order dated 07.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1284 of 2017, imposed one of the conditions to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of 30 days. He further submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and therefore the present petition is filed, seeking to modify the same.
3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who also submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, by order dated 07.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1284 of 2017, directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. It is made clear that the other conditions imposed in the order dated 07.06.2017 shall stand unaltered.
6. The petition is ordered accordingly.
