O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Perused the petition.
3. Petitioner has sought to set aside the order dated 9.2.2016 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dakshina Kannada, Mangaluru in Criminal Appeal No.35/2016.
4. It is verified from the Karnataka High Court Website that the Criminal Appeal No.35/2016 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mangaluru is disposed of before the trial Court by order dated 4.12.2017. In view of this fact, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2016 filed for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
