Heard Shri Dinesh Kumar Singh holding brief of Shri Rahul Sahai, learned counsel for the applicant.
By this contempt application, disobedience of the injunction order dated 3 July 2010 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mathura in Original Suit No.460 of 2010 (Shri Purshottam Sharma vs. Bihari Lal), has been alleged. No affidavit, as was directed by the Court in the previous order, has been filed.
It is contended that the contempt in this matter is continuing one.
In view of the aforesaid, it is for the applicant to move the court below under the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
This contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
