Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Purooshotam Das Agarwal and Ashish Agarwal, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.308 of 2018, under Sections-420, 406, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station-Bilaspur, District-Rampur, during pendency of trial.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants have already challenged the charge-sheet by way of Application under Section 482 Cr.P.c No.1477 of 2020.
In view of paragraph 43(8) of the judgement dated 05.04.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application u/s438 Cr.P.C No.2110 of 2021, Shivam Vs. State of U.P. and another, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
It is, accordingly, rejected.
