Applicants have approached this Court to expedite the proceeding of Criminal Case No. 574 of 2016 (State vs. Pradeep and others) relating to Case Crime No. 1322 of 2013, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Tarkulawa, District Deoria pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 17, Deoria.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application stands disposed of directing the Court concerned to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment.
