Shri Nirav A. Joshi, learned advocate for Nanavati Associates, has submitted that, note dated 20th June, 2012 was required to be filed as the respondent did not respond to umpteen number of requests for furnishing instructions in this matter. Hence, the advocate had no choice, but to retire from the matter and in light of this, the note is accepted. The name of Shri Nirav A. Joshi, learned advocate for Nanavati Associates as advocate for the Unitop Engineers Pvt. Ltd., is hereby deleted as prayed for. The office is directed to issue notice to the respondent at new address returnable on 3rd August, 2012 specifically mentioned therein that, if no arrangements are made on the returnable date to represent the respondent, appropriate order may be passed.
