JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Yogesh Agrawal, Advocate has filed appearance on behalf of the opposite no.3 which is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
In view of specific averments made in paragraph nos. 23, 24, 25 and 26 of the application prima facie, a case for grant of an interim relief is made out.
Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 and 2.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 3 returnable at an early date.
Four weeks time is granted to opposite party no. 3 as well as learned A.G.A. to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.
List thereafter.
Until further orders of this Court, further proceedings of Case No. 15110 of 2014, Case Crime No. 429 of 2013, under Sections 174A I.P.C., P.S. Hari Parwat, District Agra pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra shall remain stayed as against the applicant.
