Puriben vs Danabhai

This petition is preferred challenging the order of appointment of the Court Commissioner in Regular Civil Suit No.325 of 2011 by ex-parte order prior to the service of the notice effected to the defendant.

During the course of the hearing, Mr.P.P. Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw this petition with a request to keep his right open to challenge the contents of the panchnama, which in any case the law permits, accordingly, request is accepted.
