ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.2 has not been disposing of the petitioners’ applications (Objection petitions) for release of the seized stocks of paddy, rice and broken rice and also the lorry bearing registration No.AP 19 TB 0078.
Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Telangana State), on instructions, submitted that the applications filed by the petitioners are pending before respondent No.2 and that he will dispose of the same according to law expeditiously.
In the light of the above-noted facts and the submissions of the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the petitioners’ applications for release of the seized stocks as well as the lorry within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44628 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
