ORDER:
The petitioner filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2 in disposing of her applications, dated 23.10.2013 and 16.12.2013, filed for issue of pattadar passbooks and title deeds to her in respect of the lands in various Survey numbers of Vempalli Village, Mancherial Mandal, Adilabad District.
A perusal of the record, prima facie, shows that the petitioner has made her applications in Form-VIA. If the said applications are kept still pending, I find no justification for the same. Therefore, respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiry as envisaged under Section 5(3) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, pass an appropriate order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.1034 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
