Heard Sri Prashant Vardhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satish Kishore Kakkar, learned counsel for the respondents no. 1 and 2.
The petitioner is seeking quashing of the order dated 14.6.2018 whereby he has been placed under suspension.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain additional facts need to be brought on record. He prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
Prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
