JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. This Writ Petition has been filed by Puramattom Grama Panchayath seeking a mandamus directing respondents 2 and 3 to afford sufficient police protection to enforce Ext. P5 order so as to restrain the mining operations being carried out by respondents 4 to 6.
