JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner herein – original accused to quash and set aside the impugned complaint being Criminal Case No.1182 of 2009 pending in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.18, Ahmedabad filed by respondent No.2 herein – original complainant for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 424, 463 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. After the matter was argued for sometime, Mr.Bhatt, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
3. Permission is accordingly granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
