1. The name of learned advocate Mrs.Ranjan B.Patel is stated to have been wrongly added as an advocate for the petitioner. That name shall be removed.
2. In spite of several previous orders and the matter being treated as part-heard and it being specially listed for hearing as part-heard, learned AGP has expressed complete ignorance about the matter as well as the action required to be taken by the respondent. Therefore, it appears that no sooner learned counsel for the petitioner has shown willingness to proceed with the hearing, learned AGP, appearing for the respondent from time to time, have sought adjournment on one or the other ground. Under the circumstances, petition is ordered to be listed before appropriate Court and it is ordered to be not treated as part-heard. Interim relief operating so far SCA/9814/1999 2/2 ORDER shall continue to operate till listing of this matter for hearing before the appropriate Court.
