In view of the previous order dated 31.7.2012, the matter was required to be heard today. However, adjournment is sought on behalf of learned counsel Mr.Pahwa, and learned A.G.P. also submitted that the affidavit proposed to be filed for the respondent is not ready today. Therefore, hearing is adjourned to 23.8.2012 at 04.30 p.m. with the stipulation that in terms of the previous order, interim relief may be vacated on that date if hearing does not take place for any reason.
