Ms. Maithili Mehta, learned AGP waives service of Rule on behalf of the opponent. With consent of the parties and the prayers prayed for in these applications, the applications are taken up for final hearing forthwith.
3. The applicants have filed these applications for joining Presiding Officer of the Labour Court, Junagadh who has passed the impugned award. Considering the averments made in the applications, the applications deserve to be allowed and are hereby allowed. The applicants are permitted to join Presiding Officer of the Labour Court, Junagadh as party respondent in each of the petitions.
4. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent with no order as to costs.
