Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that according to the information, any other instructions after decision dated 27/09/2010 have not been issued by the UGC. The decision dated 27/09/12010 is placed on record at Annexure-J. It is repeatedly asserted that any other contrary instructions or decision has not been taken by the UGC and the decision dated 27/09/2010 is still in force.

Having regard to the said submission, let notice be issued making it returnable on 30/04/2012. In addition to normal mode of service, direct service is permitted.
