When orders were passed in mutation proceedings in favour of the petitioners on 19.11.2016 the respondents got the order recalled on 19.04.2017. Thereafter, the petitioners filed an appeal which was dismissed on 29.12.2017 and the matter was remanded back. The Revisional Court also dismissed the Revision on 30.10.2018 affirming the order of the Appellate Court.
It is, therefore, directed that Tehsildar shall now decide the case within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
If the petitioners apprehend any dispossession they may move an application before the Tehsildar. The application for interim relief shall be decided within a period of one week from the filing of it.
The writ petition is disposed of.
