In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the directions that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 5.10.2018 registered as case crime no. 794 of 2018 under Sections 363,366 I.P.C.and 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S.Firizabad North, District Firozabad till submission of police report under Section 1173(2) Cr.P.C.
