This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Gorakhpur to process and decide Case No. T201905310308683 of 2019, Puneet Kumar Srivastava vs. State of U.P. under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for settlement of boundary dispute of plot nos. 43/1 and 53/2 situate at Kalepur, Tappa and Pargana: Haveli, Tehsil:Sadar, District:Gorakhpur as early as possible within a period of three months in accordance with Sub Section (3) of Section 24, U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 by passing reasoned speaking order."
The grievance of the petitioner is that his application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has not been disposed of till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil- Sadar, District-Gorakhpur to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
