The instant application under Section 482 has been filed setting quashing the order dated 25.10.2016 passed by learned Additional C.J.M. Court No. 4, Allahabad as well as the order dated 24.3.2018 passed by Additional Sessions and District Judge/FTC, Room No. 21, Allahabad relating to case no. 164 of 2016 (State vs. Puneet Jaiswal and others) arising out of NCR No. 122 of 2015 converted into Case Crime No. 728 of 2015 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Colonelganj, District Allahabad.
Learned A.G.A. submits that the case of the applicant is squarely covered by the judgment and order delivered today in Application u/s 482 No. 17555 of 2018 (Taiyab Khan and another vs. State of U.P. and another).
This fact is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed in terms of the judgment and order rendered today in Application u/s 482 No. 17555 of 2018 (Taiyab Khan and another vs. State of U.P. and another).
