Sikander Saiyed, learned advocate for the petitioner states that his client, i.e. the petitioner, has instructed him to withdraw the present petition because a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent-company outside the Court. The petitioner himself is present in the Court. He has been identified by the learned advocate Mr. Sikander Saiyed, appearing for the petitioner. He has also submitted that he wants to withdraw the petition.

The permission as requested for is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
