The petitioners have preferred this writ petition for a direction upon the respondents not to interfere in their married life and also for protection of their lives and liberty.
The petitioners claim that they are adults and living together out of their own freewill. It is stated that for the said reason, the respondent no. 4 to 6 and his other family members have got annoyed and there is serious danger to the lives of the petitioners as they are being threatened and harassed.
The petitioners are apprehending but have not even moved the police authority. On enquiry being made, learned counsel for the petitioners could not answer on what date application was made to the police authority. Petition is based on mere apprehension.
It appears that petitioners' counsel does not have any documentary evidence regarding age proof of the petitioner. He has filed only a unreadable X-rox copy of mark- sheets.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to police authority to give protection pursuant to the application made and after verifying the fact whether fact petitioners are married.
