ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash FIR No.281/2012 of Subedari Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 415, 420, 447, 468, 471, 500, 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C and Section 3(i)(x) of SC & ST (POA) Act.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police completed investigation and filed charge sheet on 06.04.2013 and the same is numbered as S.C. No.4/2014 and pending on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal, and stands posted to 14.08.2014 for appearance of the accused.
4. Considering the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
