This appeal is barred by limitation for 3 years and 249 days.
An application is also preferred to have condonation of delay in filing the appeal. The only reason to have condonation of delay is that no proper advice was given to the appellant-petitioner after getting the writ petition dismissed on 13th of May, 2013.
We are of considered opinion that the ground aforesaid, cannot be a justifiable reason to condone a huge delay of 3 years and 249 days.
In view of it, the application seeking condonation of delay is dismissed. In result, the appeal is also dismissed.
