ORDER:
Petitioner states that after disposal of WA.No.548 of 2014 by order dated 20.03.2014, he has preferred an appeal before the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District, represented by the first respondent herein, along with an application for stay.
2. The aforesaid appeal was filed only on 05.04.2014 and alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed. Since the appeal is filed hardly about three weeks ago, it cannot be said that there is any inaction, which warrants interference by this Court.
3. However, as the petitioner seeks urgent interim relief, the Joint Collector is directed to hear the aforesaid appeal of the petitioner along with interim application and pass appropriate orders within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
