ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside show cause notice, vide Rc.No.1387/2014-B, dated 05.11.2014, of respondent No.2.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) placed before the Court a copy of proceedings in Rc.No.5703/2014-B, dated 26.12.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has dropped all further proceedings against the petitioner.
In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50415 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
