This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in C.C.No.625 of 2014 on the file of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendernagar, Cyberabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner/A1 has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty to the petitioner/A1 to avail all the remedies available to him under law.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed in consequence.
