Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for the State and perused the record.
This petitioner filed by the petitioners with the following reliefs:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to restore the no objection certificate already issued by him and removing the direction for black listing of the vehicles of petitioners.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to permit the petitioners to ply the vehicles in question during process of registration and verification of vehicles.
(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to decide the representation of petitioners dated 07.06.2021 and 21.06.2021 within short time fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
There are several disputed questions of facts which are raised in the reply.
We would request the authority concerned to decide the representations of the petitioners dated 07.06.2021 and 21.06.2021, on or before 30.09.2021.
This petition and the reply, which is proposed to be filed, may be filed before the authority concerned, within four weeks from today.
With the aforesaid observation, writ petition is disposed of, as we cannot go through the several disputed question of facts.
