This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of the charge-sheet bearing Criminal Case No. 3031 of 2008 (Crime No. 390 of 2008), U/s 323, 506 I.P.C.
and 3(1) X of SC/ST Act, P.S. Chopan, District Sonbhadra.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 7.11.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
