This writ petition is of the year 2004 and is lying dormant for the last several years. Record of the writ petition shows that no serious effort has been made by the petitioner to get the case heard.

From the record, it transpires that either cause of action does not survive or the petitioner has lost interest in pursing the matter.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to move recall application, in case the cause of action is still surviving or dismissal of the writ petition causes any prejudice to his interests.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged. No order as to cost.
