Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners in any manner and to direct the respondents no. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners.
As per the own affidavit the petitioner no. 2 Deepak is aged about 20 years. In the alleged marriage certificate annexed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition as well as Adhar Card his date of birth is shown as 19.8.1999, therefore, he is not of marriageable age.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
Petitioners are at liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to them under the law.
