She states that she has voluntarily married to Deepak Mishra, petitioner no.2.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the directions that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 1.12.2018 registered as case crime no. 266 of 2018 under Sections 366 I.P.C.,and Section 3(2) SC/ST Act, P.S.Uphaiti, District Budaun till submission of police report under Section 173 (3) Cr.P.C.
