The petitioner has filed the present petition to issue suitable direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection to the employees and the properties of the petitioner's Company based on the complaint dated 24.06.2017 and C.S.R. Bearing No.164/2017.
2. On perusing the records, it is seen that related to labour issue, the political party has circulated pamphlets indicating that they are going to protest at 10.00 a.m on 29.06.2017 at Sungachavad, Morattandi, which is near Vanur.
3. The Inspector of Police, who is none other than the third respondent herein, is present before this Court and on instructions, he submitted that no such permission for any agitation was granted and in fact, permission was rejected.
4. Under such circumstances, the respondents are directed to take appropriate legal action against those who are causing disturbance to the public.With the above observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P is closed.
