THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 242 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) We have seen the letter on the basis of which this Public Interest Litigation is sought to be initiated at the instance of the Court. However, having gone through the contents of the complaint made by the Public Unity and Welfare Association of India to the Hon’ble Chief Justice of this Court, it is absolutely impossible for this Court to look into each and every aspect of the allegations made therein.
We therefore close this matter. However, liberty is given to the above association to file a formal application enclosing all the documents. Let a copy of this order be communicated by the department to the aforesaid association. No order as to costs.
