JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contention of the petitioner is only for consideration of variation application. The application seems to have been filed only on 18.09.2014. The learned Government Pleader contends that the application has to be placed before the RTA and the consideration of which would definitely take time. In the above circumstances, it may not be proper for this Court to issue any positive direction at this point of time. The writ petition hence, stands dismissed.
