This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.48 of 2012 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the trial in C.C.No.48 of 2012 was completed and the Trial Court acquitted the petitioners from the charges levelled against them.
3.In view of the above subsequent developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
