JUDGMENT / ORDER

The order impugned in this writ petition is the suspension order passed by the second respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at the time of filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was 54 years of age. Now, 13 years have passed by and the petitioner would have attained the age of superannuation and there is no instruction from the petitioner.
3. In view of the submissions made, it is considered that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
