JUDGMENT / ORDER

----------------------- The petitioner is an occupant of ‘Laksham Veedu Colony’. The petitioner submits that there are about 31 residents in this colony. There is also an Anganwadi. The petitioner further submits that respondents 4 to 6 have encroached upon the pathway leading to various colonies and to the Anganwady and causing obstruction by constructing fences and small boundaries by extending it to the road on both sides. The petitioner raised Ext.P6 complaint before the District Collector.
2. In view of Ext.P6, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P6 in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6. Needful shall be done including removal of encroachment if any W.P.(C).No.32780 of 2014

found within a period of of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
